Phase transition of Ising spin system

A system of Ising spins interacting ferromagentically shows a second order phase transition at TC. Below TC, most of spins align in the same direction, and above TC all spins can take either direction randomly. The transition takes place beteween ordered (T < TC) and disordered (T > TC) phases.
